They aren't afraid of the phone, or of talking money and negotiating budgets with clients. We need someone who loves people. Someone who knows that the devil really is in the details and never drops the ball. Do you constantly look for the next step that gets the job done? Our boutique voiceover talent agency is looking for someone who wants to help change the world of advertising, and who has the social media know-how to tell our story as it unfolds.

Details:
Our ideal team member will be a part-time employee, 20-25 hours per week, reporting daily to our casual, fun office in close-in SE Portland. Wage is $12-$14 per hour D.O.E. plus health insurance (with dental and vision) after 3 months. Definite possibility of full-time work down the road for the right person, as our staffing needs change.
Requirements:

to participate in Haunted barn & trail Halloween Attraction.
Come have some fun being a Zombie or other frightening character.
No experience necessary, all ages welcome. . ...the more the scarier.
We will be open starting Thursday, October 27th thru Monday, October 31, 2011 from 7:00pm-11:00pm.
Costumes, make-up, props, snacks and beverages will be provided for those who participate in the haunt.
We're just out to have a good time and hope you want to join us in the fun.

Actors needed for Student Film (Newberg)
Here is a synopsis of the 10min short film, Pushing 80, that will be shooting the weekends of November 4-6 and 11-13:
A car thief gang of 5, is raiding a small town of specific vintage cars for a car collector. They do this untraditionally by overtaking the car as it's driving down the road. The gang meets their match who comes in the form of a 65 year old grandma in a red 1970 Corvette Chevrolet.
We cannot pay anything but can provide great meals on set, give you a dvd of the finished project, and great seats at the premiere.
There will be two audition times this next week:
Wednesday the 26th at 8pm at the George Fox University Newberg campus in the Media Center
Thursday the 27th at 7pm at the George Fox University Portland center in Tigard
These are the roles we are looking for:
Mary (Grandma):
Mary is the main protagonist in the film. She is a sweet typical 65 year old grandma who loves her simple life but also is able-bodied and independent. She used to be a police officer in her younger days, but nobody ever see's that side of her till she is put in a situation that she needs those skills. Behind her sweet old grandma personality, she can really some kick some butt with her intelligence. Mary is well loved and well known by the small town she lives in.
Scarlet:
Scarlet is a 22 year old who has grown up in a protective environment and has just recently run away from home and joined this eclectic gang of car thief's. She has her nice side, but desperately wants to break out of that, so she pushes her self towards a rough, rude-girl personality. The gang respects her and has given her the nick name Scar. It turns out that Scarlet is the grand daughter of Mary who's car the gang is trying to steal.
Felix:
Felix is the ring leader of the gang who has the final say in the discussions for the gang. However, he gets his instructions from from a higher up boss. He has been doing this for years now and is confident in his skills and in his gang's abilities. Felix is a clean cut 30 year old. He does all the thinking, but sometimes his anger comes out and dictates his discussions. Felix also feels that he must protect the new girl Scarlet.
Milles:
Milles is part of the car thief gang and is the right hand man to the ring leader, Felix. He is reserved but has a friendly relationship with the whole gang. He is a 27 year old who has a strong sense of loyalty towards his fellow car thieves, but tends to see his "work" as just another job, non emotional towards their victims.
Trent:
Trent is 24 and apart of the gang. He's not blood related to Twoseph (another member of the car thief gang) but they act as brothers. Trent and Twoseph are constantly butting heads. Trent is a complainer and outspoken. He doesn't have a large consideration for others... he's mostly concerned for his own needs.
Twoseph:
Twoseph is the muscular one of the gang. He's bulky with his body as well as in his speech. He doesn't voice his opinions much, he goes along with where the gang leader leads. Trent is Twoseph's non-blood related bother who Twoseph is always getting angry at. Twoseph is the youngest of the gang besides Scarlet, but apears to be older then Trent. Twoseph is 22.
Nelson (Mary's Husband):
This is a small roll. Main characters husband that has a couple lines with Mary in their country home. He is physically less able then Mary, and is taken care of by Mary. He is 70 and mostly reads the paper and watches the news.

Auditions for Fully Loaded Russian Roulette
It's that time of year! The Fertile Ground festival is coming! You are welcome to attend the auditions for Contagious Theatre and Gorilla Bomb Productions' Fully Loaded Russian Roulette.
Fully Loaded Russian Roulette is a collection of six original plays from local playwrights, each making their world premiere.
Audition dates and times are: this Saturday, 10/22/11, from 4 – 6 pm; and this Sunday, 10/23/11 from 5 – 7 pm.
Please come prepared with a monologue or a cold reading of your choice. Headshots are welcome but not necessary.
Auditions are open to anyone and will be held at The Hostess at 538 SE Ash St. Portland, OR. 97214.
