Auditions: Friday, March 04, 2011

This page contains auditions posted on Friday, March 04, 2011.

We survived the first week of March in what is said to be an incredibly busy Spring for filmmakers in Portland. I'm excited to see if this holds true.

Do you have any auditions lined up for this weekend? Are you shooting any film projects you are working on? Continue to share the exciting work you are a part of to encourage other actors out there to keep working to get those booking.

If you are a fan of the blog, please share this with actor friends. If you have any feedback for me on how to improve my blog, share this with me so that I may work on improving the blog.

Thanks.

MALE actors 10-18

We need a young male actor to appear in our movie version of Shakespeare's MEASURE FOR MEASURE.
The "BOY" appears only in one scene, singing a song. The actor/model we use need only lip-synch to a prerecorded song in front of a greenscreen.
We need to shoot by March 11. The shoot will be in the NE or SW and will take 15-30min total.
There are no lines, and we cannot pay our extras/nonspeaking actors- but this footage will be used in a very pretty scene which gets about 2 full min of screen time.
**If interested, please send picture and contact information. The decision will be made this weekend, and submissions will be taken through Sunday night.
