Artist Submission Request

ScratchPDX is requesting artists' submissions for the remainder of 2011/2012 season.

SECOND SATURDAYS, October through May

*******REMAINING SHOWS - Jan Feb Mar Apr May********

ScratchPDX - season six! Over the last five years we've hosted 100s of local performance artists - actors, musicians, dancers, storytellers, comedians.... If it can be done on stage, chances are it's happened at Scratch. Once again Hipbone Studio, 1847 E Burnside, provides the intimate setting that our enthusiastic audience has come to know and love.

Here's how it works: Each month, our show consists of eight acts presented by an emcee. These spots are 5 - 10 minutes in length, during which time the stage is yours. While we strive to accommodate all performers, we do make choices based on variety and timing. Submissions should include a brief description of your act, contact info and length.

ScratchPDX was born in the spirit of experimentation. Providing a space for exploration and discovery is our raison d'etre. If you have something that you'd like to show in front of an attentive audience, but don't know where, try us.

Thank you. See you at the theatre!

Diverse Performers. Intimate Atmosphere.

A quick note about the ages listed: if you are older or younger than the age listed, but can play the age noted, please audition. These are guidelines; they aren't set in stone.
