2 female actresses (SE Portland)

We need two actresses for TUESDAY AFTERNOON for a quick shot for a spoof video we are doing of a Nike commercial. This is an unpaid gig and will take about 1 hour. Looking for very attractive, young woman between 20-30, must be very Pamela-anderson-esque. Not necessarily busty, but great body, long hair, super traditional "hot". Kind of a Budweiser girl type. Must be very bubbly. Actor will ride past the girls on a bike, then go back and take their photo, show them the photo and then ride away. Super simple short shot. The women will be dressed in either bathing suits or tight clothes. Short Film / need two actors (Portland OR)


I am making a short film requiring two actors in a dramatic film of a couple in their mid-20's living in New York. A confrontation breaks out between the two as the female confesses a dark secret.

ACTOR 1 - female - between 19 and 25
ACTOR 2 - male - between 23-29

the pay is $100/hour. Estimate time for recording is 2-3 hours mostly working with Chromakey Green Screen and outdoors. Scripts will be provided via email. of client business in the sports, university, entertainment, and retail categories, among others. Founded in 1997,
Sockeye's clients include adidas, Portland State University, KEEN, University of Oregon, Icebreaker, Travel Portland,
Portland Center for Performing Arts, Boise State University, and the Oregon Zoo.
Sockeye is currently seeking a video Producer/Editor. This person will be responsible for providing an array of
services to support the video department. This person will work directly with and receive mentoring from the
Executive Producer. This position has room for growth through the agency, including career paths into Senior
Producer or Directing for the right candidate.

Core Responsibilities:
The Producer/Editor is responsible for supporting the functionality of the video production and post-production
facilities as well as leading productions of video and commercial projects including typical live-action production,
editorial production, motion graphic and animation production, and hybrid projects. The Producer/Editor will
serve as a leader on video projects, interfacing daily with in-house and freelance creative production staff, as well
as clients. The Producer/Editor will exhibit storytelling skills, an ability to develop and manage video production
budgets, a solid understanding of the post-production process, and an ability to edit using Final Cut Pro 7.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

● Participating in the development of creative concepts and boards/treatments for effective client
presentations.
● Developing and executing budgets within or under budget and communicating with the Executive
Producer when additional producer resources are necessary to meet work volume, or to better match
skills or experience to project types for quality purposes.
● Providing hiring recommendations and at times managing intern, freelance creative, production and postproduction
teams.
● Developing, articulating, documenting and adhering to standard work-flow for live-action, motion
graphic and hybrid productions. Reporting to and advising the Executive Producer when and how to adapt
work-flow to meet client expectations, non-standard budgets, and schedules. Ability to execute these
adaptations.
● Developing and managing estimates and production schedules for assigned F/V projects to ensure timely,
efficient and profitable completion of projects
● Communicating and working directly with clients on projects and informing the primary client contact and
operational staff of key decisions for collaborative decision making.
● Serving as an editor on certain video projects
● Acting as the primary lead on the management and maintenance of two Final Cut Pro edit suites. This
includes supervising the archiving of completed projects, video content management of past and present
projects, as well as managing and advising on upgrading edit and motion graphic systems as necessary.
● Interfacing with senior resource manager / project manager as applicable for sourcing internal design
resources to ensure project profitability.

Qualifications:

● 3 years of experience in like position, preferably with an advertising and branding company
● Strong knowledge of Final Cut Pro 7 and post-production work-flow
● Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities at the same time
● Experience in developing and managing video projects within budget.
● Knowledge of Showbiz Budgeting or AICP Point Zero a plus
● MS Office skills required
● Must be detailed and process-oriented
● Effective, concise, and clear written and verbal communication skills
● Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
● Ability to work under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive attitude.
Grace under pressure.
● Google docs and business apps experience helpful
● Self-motivated and self-directed (mentoring to be provided), but also a team player
● Sense of humor required
