With a couple of small readings under its belt, the show premieres January 24 & 25, at the Broadway Rose Theatre. PLANET EDEN is part of the city-wide Fertile Ground Fest of New Works.

The Home Front
A short film by students at the Seattle Film Institute. Two people, who have
both experienced a traumatic past, attempt to connect with one another and
turn over a new leaf. But this process is harder than they think, as
memories keep coming back to them the more intimate they try to get.
Male lead - 20 to 30, shy, a veteran of war returned home but still haunted
by the war of his past.
Female lead - 20 to 30, recently got out of an abusive relationship,
struggling to forget her past and move on. (Some non-sexual waist-up
nudity.)
All ethnicities welcome.
Auditions will be held on Wednesday evening on the 10th of December. If you
are interested in auditioning, please email Doro at abudoroniang@gmail.com and
I will give you a time to come down for your audition. This is a non-union
film, but union actors are more than welcome to come and audition. Auditions
will consist of playing out a scene from the script--mainly non-sync dialog,
but there is some cold reading involved, so come prepared. If you wish to
bring a monologue of your own, you are more then welcome to. Auditions held
at Seattle Film Institute at 1709 23rd Avenue (next to Safeway). No
compensation: meals and coffee provided. shoot days will be on weekends if
you are not available during the weekends please let me know.

Actors, Dog Needed for Seattle Super 8 Film
Generator Films needs: (1) a lead actor in their 20's or 30's for a short
Twilight Zonesque Super 8 film. Shoot will be 2 three hour days in Pioneer
Square and 1 two hour shoot in the U District.
(2) Another actor any age to play a Homeless Person. If you have a dog we would
use him/her in the scene. Should take about a half hour in Pioneer Square.
We're hoping to start filming later this week but next week works as well.
