Casting Actors & Actresses For A Kickstarter Week 3 (Portland)
This is 3rd Week of our search. We have scheduled audition times with one half of our actor/actress goal number. We plan to start selecting the second half by the end of this week. If you have already replied to an earlier version of this posting then you have either already been given an audition time or are still being considered.
International Criminals have captured an elite special agent. A lone female agent goes to rescue him.
We are making a short melodrama-action parody & looking to film a single scene to put on Kickstarter. This is very low budget mini-short. There's no pay other than a copy of the mini-short, free food & some photos of you in costume looking dangerous. If the Kickstarter is successful we will be able to include some form of payment for a longer short & would be interested in using the same actors.
Conrad/Male Lead
The team's leader, conceited, dense & take charge type.
Short to medium length blond or light brown hair
Age: Mid 20s to Mid 30s
Average to tall in height with an average to athletic build
Shana/Female Lead
The team's only female agent, smartest too & hasn't gotten over breaking up with the love of her life.
At least shoulder length hair, preferably red or willing to color. We may have a wig but prefer natural hair.
Age: Early 20s to Early 30s
Average to tall in height with a small to average build
Anna/Supporting Female
Anna is a ruthless, psychotic, sexy librarian-type with a generic European accent.
At least shoulder length black or dark brown hair.
Age: Early 20s to Mid 30s
Average to tall in height with a small to average build
Enemy Guard/Supporting Male
Wears a mask, gets a line and gets killed.
Average to tall in height with an average to athletic build
Kim/Extra Female
Character will later have a bigger part. Here she's an extra at the most. Looking to include her (an Asian) along with the rest of the actors for publicity photos.
***Please be at least part Asian. We can't accept a blonde white girl for this role so please stop trying.***

Open Audition for Tour Guides - June 14 (West Linn, OR)
Open auditions and an informational meeting will be held this Thursday, June 14 at 7pm at the Bolton Fire Station in West Linn (6050 Failing Street, West Linn 97068). This meeting and auditions are for the role of volunteer tour guide for the 5th Annual Willamette Living History Tour on September 15. All ages and experience levels are encouraged. The dress rehearsal and performance dates are September 14 and 15 (respectively) and all guides must attend both dates. Other rehearsals will be weekly through August and September. Guides will be provided with
Each tour consists of 10 to 15 guests lead by two tour guides on a journey through the historical homes and neighborhood of West Linn's Willamette historic district. Guides will play the parts of real citizens from 1908 and will introduce scenes, characters and vignettes of life in 1908. Each tour takes 1 hour and the guides are required to give at least two tours for the evening. Guides are encouraged to learn the main talking points, but ad lib is allowed.

Celebrity Look-alikes Wanted (Portland/Vancouver area)
I'm a professional photographer looking for models for a series of personal shots I'd like to do. If people are always telling you that you look like a certain celebrity or famous person and you think it would be fun to dress up like them and do a photo shoot, please respond. The more you look like someone, the better... but it's not crucial that you're their doppelganger in cases where an outfit or costume makes you recognizable as the person.
This is not for a job so this is not a paying gig. I will give you copies of the photos though so in that way it's basically a trade.
