Extras- Men
We are looking to fill some featured non-speaking roles for an upcoming short film titled, "The Lights." Set in a modern-day Irish mining town, which is without a sun. "The Lights" is a story of finding hope in a hopeless time.
This film is part of an Advanced Production course at George Fox University, the top tier of filmmaking offered in our program. The students are professional, passionate, and fun at the same time.
• Two miners (20s-40s) – burly, physical actors who know their way around a bar. You might be asked to act drunk.
• Three thugs (30s-50s) – Physically intimidating. In this post-holocaust world, they survive by scavenging what they can, sometimes at the expense of others.
The script is available upon request.
You’ll receive great food, a copy of the finished DVD, and a prime seat at the premiere.
Thank you for your interest!

Email: Shellylipkin@ yahoo.com
IMPORTANT: In the subject box enter: AI director auditions
I will email you back with an audition time.
I AM ALSO CONTACTING AGENCIES WITH THIS INFO. PLEASE CONTACT ME DIRECTLY TO SET UP AN AUDITION. NOT THE AGENCY.
How will the session work?
I will have some short sides available. (Very short scenes from well known movies or plays.) There will not be specific auditions for roles from the projects. The directors will contact you based on their casting needs. At that point you can get more information about the given projects.
What to bring?
2 current resumes and headshots.
I would like to set these up by appointment so as not to waste your time. Let me know what what hour would be best. (For example: 1:00 to 3:00) I will try to fit you in somewhere within the hour. It may not be possible, but I'll try.
If you have questions please email me.
Is there pay?
Not for these projects. However, the directors will give you a copy of the project for your reel.
Hope to see you there.
